Terms of Service.

Welcome to Spring Studio. We're thrilled to have you on board. Before we dive into creating amazing designs, here are the terms that apply to working with us. By using our services, you agree to the following.

1. Subscription agreement

• Your subscription to Spring Studio is on a month-to-month basis, automatically renewed unless you request otherwise.
• Billing is handled through Stripe, giving you flexibility and control.
• Cancellation policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time with a notice period of 7 days before your next billing cycle.

2. Design ownership

You own all the design assets and creative output we produce for you. We don't claim any ownership.

3. Scope of service

Different plans offer various design deliverables. Check out our Pricing page for more details.

4. Communication and turnaround

• Slack is our go-to for all communications during our working hours of 9 AM to 5 PM PST, Monday to Friday.
• Expect a 24–48 hour turnaround on design requests, depending on complexity.

5. Modification of services

Upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Upgrades kick in immediately, while downgrades start at the next billing cycle.

6. Responsibilities

To keep things smooth, submit design requests with all the details. We'll reach out if we need more info.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of California. Any disputes? Let's sort them out in the state or federal courts there.
